Book an Indoor Rowing Private Lesson

A 45-minute, one-on-one lesson with one of our knowledgeable coaches on the indoor rowing machine is a great way to master the rowing stroke. Whether you’ve never been on an erg before or you want a more personalized training experience, a private lesson is a great way to increase your skill level. With an indoor rowing private lesson you’ll be able to learn even the most nuanced aspects of the rowing stroke.

Indoor Rowing Lesson Fees:

On the erg coaching (year-round at our Erg Stdio, 89 Wolfs Lane, Pelham):
$60 for 1 person - 45 minutes
$75 for 2 people - 45 minutes

Cancellation Policy: To cancel or change your lesson, contact lessons@pcrarowing.com at least 24 hours in advance. Please note, missed lessons will result in the forfeit of your payment. Sorry, no refunds. Credit towards a lesson / program will be issued and will expire six months from the date of payment.
