Development Team
PCRA’s Development team is a great starting point for any athlete interested learning how to row. Our Development team is co-ed and is the first step towards joining either our boys or girls competitive racing program. On Development team, athletes learn the basics of rowing and fine tune their technical skills while gaining fitness. This Learn to Row program is open to kids middle school & up.
The Development Team will return to on-the-water training in late March. In-person practices are subject to weather. Development Team will run from March 21st through May 19th. There will be no practices during school spring break April 11th - 14th.

Race Team
Our program strives to compete at the highest levels both regionally and nationally. We ask that athletes are committed to being great teammates and are willing to push themselves to be the best they can be on a daily basis. Spring practice for Race Team (Varsity & Novice) will be at PCRA’s boathouse in Glen Island Park. Practice will be held six days a week. Attendance at all practices is required. If you are new to the Race team program, please email reid@pcrarowing.com before registering.

Boys: Weekdays 4:00pm - 6:30pm and Saturdays 8:00am - 10:30am
Girls: Weekdays 4:15pm - 6:45pm and Saturdays 8:30am - 11:00am
